How the documents fit together

Master policies apply to everything we operate.
Site and product notices supplement them where a product handles information or sales differently.
Order forms, checkout terms, licences and signed agreements apply to a specific purchase or customer.

A more specific document prevails only to the extent it expressly applies to the relevant site, product, account or transaction and is inconsistent with a more general one. Nothing in these documents limits rights you have under consumer, privacy or other laws that can't be excluded.
