1. Status of LunaVPN

LunaVPN is closed and is no longer an active service operated by RePass Cloud Pty Ltd (“RePass Cloud”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

  • No new subscriptions are offered.
  • No renewals are processed.
  • No customer support is provided for LunaVPN.
  • LunaVPN accounts are closed and access is terminated.

If you are looking for an actively maintained RePass Cloud product, refer to our current offerings on our main site.

2. Subscriptions, Billing, and Charges

LunaVPN subscriptions are not renewed and should no longer be billed by us.

If you believe you are still being charged for LunaVPN:

  • Check your payment provider statement for the merchant name.
  • Contact your bank or card provider to dispute unauthorised charges if needed.
  • Email us so we can help identify the source of the charge where possible.

3. Account Closure and Service Termination

All LunaVPN accounts are closed and service access is terminated. Any remaining licenses, VPN entitlements, or server allocations associated with the former service are decommissioned.

4. Data Handling

Where RePass Cloud controlled LunaVPN operational data, we have taken reasonable steps to wind down and delete service data associated with closed accounts as part of the shutdown process, subject to any legal obligations that require limited retention (for example accounting records).

The LunaVPN source code has been made available as open source for community use. This does not mean the LunaVPN service remains active or supported by RePass Cloud.

Any use of the open source code is at your own risk and subject to the license terms in the relevant repository.
